Product Details

An anime character collectible card with a thermochromic ink layer printed over part of the artwork. At room temperature the ink shows as solid black; when warmed — for example by a fingertip — it becomes transparent and reveals the artwork printed underneath. As the card cools, the ink returns to its original colour, so the effect can be repeated. The video and photos show the card before, during and after the change.

Designs, card size, paper and the areas covered by the colour-changing ink are customisable, and thermochromic printing can be combined with foil stamping, spot UV and other finishes. Suitable for collectible card series, fan merchandise and interactive promotional cards.

Made by Yoofo Packaging in Qingpu, Shanghai — 30 years of printing and packaging experience, with card printing and gift boxes produced under one roof, so cards and their packaging can be matched in colour and finish. Physical samples are made for approval before bulk production.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are you a factory?

Yes. We are a 30-year manufacturer in Shanghai with in-house screen printing and cold foil workshops.

What is your MOQ?

Trial orders start at 100 pieces and bulk production at 2,000 pieces. The trial-order cost is fully credited against your bulk order, so a small test run carries no extra cost. Yoofo is a 30-year packaging manufacturer in Qingpu, Shanghai, running its own factory with in-house cold-foil, foil-stamping, UV and embossing lines.

How long does sampling take?

Sampling takes 5 days. Send AI or PDF artwork (a dieline helps), and Yoofo's in-house pre-press team returns a free PDF proof before production. The 30-year Qingpu, Shanghai factory runs its own screen-printing workshop and cold-foil equipment, so sampling never waits on outside vendors.

What is the bulk lead time?

Mass production takes 20 days after order confirmation, shipped FOB Shanghai. Yoofo's own factory in Qingpu, Shanghai — a 30-year packaging manufacturer with up to 40,000 boxes of daily capacity — controls the full in-house line from printing to finishing, so bulk schedules don't slip to subcontractors.

What files do you need?

AI or PDF artwork files (please include the dieline if available).

What are the payment terms?

T/T (negotiable)

Is the trial order cost credited toward a bulk order?

Yes. If you place a bulk order after the trial, the trial cost is fully credited toward it.

How is shipping handled?

We ship on FOB Shanghai terms. Freight depends on your destination, quantity and shipping method — send us the delivery address and we'll include a forwarder quote with your bulk quotation.
