Wedding-industry orders have one defining trait: the date is fixed. A box arriving one day late means one thing missing at the ceremony — there is no "we'll make it up next time." This wedding company needed tens of thousands of candy boxes before wedding season: an unusual lidded design with a handle, gold-stamped double-happiness motif — festive, as it should be.

Their concern was practical: a small factory they'd used before slipped schedules whenever peak season hit; two weddings last year nearly went without. This year they wised up — their first question to any factory was: "Can you actually fit us in during peak season?"

Our answer was the production schedule itself: at up to 40,000 boxes a day, tens of thousands of candy boxes take only part of our capacity; the delivery date went into the contract in writing, with daily progress checks during production. Gold-stamped motifs are routine work for us — five-day sample approval, straight into mass production.

The order arrived at their warehouse on schedule. The owner's verdict was blunt: "Working with you, the best part is I never had to chase."
