What is the cheapest rigid gift box you make?

Our most economical rigid style is the lid-and-base box, starting from $0.47 per piece in bulk. That assumes standard board, CMYK print and a simple structure — upgrades like foil stamping, embossing or magnetic closures add to it step by step.

Why do rigid boxes cost more than folding cartons?

Two reasons: materials and labor. A rigid box uses thick greyboard wrapped in printed paper, and most of the wrapping and assembly is done by hand. A folding carton is one printed sheet, die-cut and glued on a machine. That is why rigid boxes run roughly 3–5× the unit price of a carton at the same size and quantity.

Can I get a price without waiting for a quote?

Yes — our 5-second quote calculator gives an instant estimate for 7 box styles with currency switching, so you can sanity-check your budget before talking to anyone. For an exact number, send your dimensions, quantity and artwork, and we will break down exactly where your money goes — no padding, no surprises.

Is the 100-piece trial more expensive per box?

Yes — setup costs for printing plates, cutting dies and machine setup are nearly the same whether we run 100 boxes or 50,000, so the unit price is higher on a trial. The good news: your trial fee is fully credited against your bulk order, so the trial costs you nothing extra when you move to production.
