QUICK ANSWER
Yoofo Packaging is a rigid gift box factory in Qingpu, Shanghai — about a 30-minute drive from the National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC), where CIIE 2026 runs November 5–10. During the expo we host pre-booked factory visits for exhibiting brands: see the production lines, handle cold foil, hot stamping and embossing on real boxes, and talk numbers face to face. Physical samples take 5 days; capacity is up to 40,000 boxes a day. Book a slot on WhatsApp: +86 159 0626 6503.
If your products are on show at CIIE, their China-market packaging decision is probably on your list too. Our factory is in the same district as the expo — close enough to visit between your booth hours, without losing a day.
Booth meetings are good for brochures; factory visits are where packaging gets real. Premium rigid boxes are a touch product — the difference between cold foil and hot stamping, between a magnetic closure that clicks and one that merely closes, is obvious in your hand and invisible in a PDF. While your team is already in Shanghai, an hour with us answers the questions that take weeks by email: Can this finish be done at our volume? What does this structure cost at 2,000, 10,000, 50,000 pieces? How fast can samples and bulk production actually move?
We make rigid gift boxes for food, beauty and gift brands — including chocolate boxes trusted by brands such as Meiji — and exhibiting brands at CIIE in the food, consumer goods and healthcare zones are exactly the companies we built this open week for.
We are in Baihe Town, Qingpu District — the same district as the NECC (333 Songze Avenue), roughly 30 minutes by car. A visit takes about 60–90 minutes: a line tour, hands-on time with finishes and structures, then a sit-down on your product. Bring the product itself or its dimensions and we will sketch the packaging direction and an indicative price on the spot. Pickup from the NECC area or your hotel can be arranged, and your host speaks English.
Get your factory price in seconds — our website has a built-in quote calculator: enter your box size and quantity and see your price right away. No waiting for a sales reply, no middleman markup. Try it on the quote page, then bring your numbers to the visit and we will walk through them line by line. You can also browse the box range and read about the factory first.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes — message us on WhatsApp (+86 159 0626 6503) or email [email protected] with your booth number and a time that suits you. During CIIE week (November 5–10) we keep slots flexible, and same-day visits are usually possible.
How long does a visit take?
About 60–90 minutes including the tour and the discussion. If your booth schedule is tight, tell us — we can run a focused 40-minute version.
Can I have samples made after the visit?
Yes. Physical samples take 5 days from confirmed specifications and files, and the sample fee is credited against your first bulk order when you proceed.
What does production look like after CIIE?
Bulk production runs about 20 days from confirmed artwork for standard rigid boxes, FOB Shanghai. Trial runs before a first bulk order are available for brands planning orders of 2,000 pieces or more, with the trial fee deducted from the bulk order.
