"Sampling in 5 days" is our most-quoted promise. Here's how those five days are actually scheduled — plus the honest part: when five days *isn't* enough. Better stated upfront than explained afterward.

Day 1: Artwork review + material prep. The design file arrives and gets reviewed the same day: dimensions, bleed, finish callouts. Issues go back to the client immediately — nothing rolls to day two. Paper and greyboard are pulled per the file; existing cutting dies are collected, new ones ordered the same day.

Days 2–3: Printing + finishing. Samples print on the same Heidelberg presses as mass production — the sample color *is* the production color. No "beautiful sample, failed production" games. Foil, UV and embossing run per the file; specialty processes like cold foil and holographic are validated at the sample stage too. Problems found at sampling cost paper; problems found in production cost money.

Day 4: Assembly + self-inspection. Hand-assembled, then every structure, magnet and drawer glide physically tested; QC runs the dispatch standard a round early. No flawed sample leaves the sampling room.

Day 5: Photo approval + dispatch. Sample photographed and sent to the client first, shipped after approval. Prefer to see it in person? You're welcome at the factory — No. 99 Heji Road, Baihe Town, Qingpu, Shanghai; the sampling room sits right beside the workshop.

When is five days not enough? Two cases: a brand-new cutting die adds 2–3 days; artwork revisions push the schedule one day per round. We tell you on day one during artwork review — never on day five.
